I always return to this amazing place. The staff helped me with bug spray once, which I appreciate. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception. I love it here and will be back for Christmas.

The owner was incredibly friendly and gave us great advice on how to explore the famous Pamukkale Travertine Terraces and Cleopatra Pools before the tour buses arrived. The room was clean and cozy, with a powerful hot shower that was much appreciated after a long day of exploring. We also enjoyed the option of surfing the web with the hotel's reliable wifi. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the thermal pools right from our room. a fantastic experience for our family.

My wife says that it would be great if The Cotton House had some kids' activities or a play area for families with children.

The room had a private bathroom with a refreshing shower and complimentary toiletries. It felt so good to have my own space! I loved the triple room with its balcony, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle. It was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The double room was amazing, with a balcony offering stunning mountain views. The air conditioning kept me cool during the hot days. The bathrooms were a treat, with showers featuring rainfall showerheads. It was like having a mini spa experience every day. The double room with a kitchenette was a game-changer. I enjoyed the convenience of being able to prepare simple meals whenever I wanted. The apartments were exceptional, with heated floors. It felt like a luxury touch and kept me warm during the colder evenings. The apartments also offered the convenience of having four bathrooms. It was perfect when traveling with a group of friends or family.

Personally, I found the multiple bathrooms in each apartment a bit excessive for my needs. But I understand that it could be a great feature for larger groups or families.

Amazing base for exploring Pamukkale. Excellent breakfast with a lot of meals. Well-equipped and nicely decorated rooms with a very comfortable bed, balcony and a good design.

The room was modern and it had a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets, that's cool. For our trip the location was good, close enough to pamukale. Furthermore, on attractions-Hierapolis ruins.

There were lovely beds and central heating, multi-channel television and a mini bar fridge in the a double room. The bathroom was also large and included a tub, which I greatly enjoyed. I stayed 2 nights and would come here again when visiting Turkey.

this accommodation had a very central setting close to center. and it was also so close to lovely residential area, pamukkale travertines, and the front garden that is surrounded by fruit trees.

During our one-night stay at Cotton House, we were warmly greeted by the owner who provided great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The rooms were both very nice and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits, omelets, and homemade jams. The hosts were attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. it was a quality experience and the right choice for our visit.
